Warehouse

A warehouse is the location in which your products and inventory are going to be stored. To access the "Warehouse" page, click its icon within the Inventory menu on the left side of the website.

This button can be seen highlighted in purple within the image below:

The image below is what your warehouse menu will look like.

Warehouse Main Menu

The blue arrow points to the area in which you can change the number of rows that are displayed for your different warehouses. By clicking the dropdown menu this can be changed from 10 to 25, 50 or 100 warehouses being displayed on one page.

To swap between pages of your warehouses, click on the "Previous" or "Next" buttons that the red arrow above is pointing towards. The number between these two buttons indicates the page that you're currently on.

Editing something about a warehouse that you have can be done with the "three dots" menu to the right of your warehouse (what's being pointed at by the black arrow). Clicking these dots will let you either "Edit Details" for your warehouse you have selected or "Mark Inactive/Active" so that you can soft delete or reactivate a warehouse.

You can filter your warehouses by Name, Address, State, Country and ZIP code.

This icon indicates that no filter is currently being applied to the chosen aspect of your warehouse:

How something is filtered can be changed by clicking the icon highlighted in yellow above. If the icon is going from longest line at the top to shortest line at the bottom then it's in descending order and the opposite icon of this is going in ascending order.

Add Warehouse

Creating a new warehouse category starts by clicking on the purple "Add Warehouse" button that's pointed at by the green arrow above in the warehouse menu.

This will take you to the screen where you'll enter in the information about your warehouse, as pictured below:

Any fields that have a red asterisk on them are required in order to make a new warehouse. After all of the fields are filled out, click on the purple "Add Warehouse" button that's being pointed at by the blue arrow below to confirm the creation. If you wish to stop, press cancel instead.
