Clicking on the button above will lead you to the "Overview" main menu, as seen below:

Overview Main Menu

  • "Inventory in Hand" (blue arrow) is the total amount of products that your organization has on hand, the products that you're selling to customers and supplies from your suppliers.
  • "Inventory Value" (red arrow) is the monetary value of your inventory.
  • "Products" (lime green arrow) shows you all of your products that are currently active or inactive (which is a sort of "soft deletion"). Beneath that you can find a list of top performing products and a "View All" button that lets you see all of the products your organization has.
  • "Quantity to be Received" (darker green arrow) is the amount of inventory that will be received by your organization soon.
  • "Product with Excess Quantity" (orange arrow) are products where the amount of stock you have is above the highest quantity of stock that you have that product set to.
  • "Product with Low Quantity" (yellow arrow) are products that are at or below the lowest quantity of stock that you have set the product to.
  • "View All Categories or View All Packages" (black arrow) lets you see all of the categories that your organization has, not just the top performing ones. "View All Categories" is only present when you have the "Categories" tab selected and "View All Packages" is only present when you have the "Packages" tab selected.
  • "Categories" (magenta arrow) is a selectable tab that lets you see which of your categories are performing the best sales-wise.
  • "Packages" (brown arrow) is a selectable tab that lets you see which of your packages are performing the best sales-wise.

Recent Orders

Beneath the previously mentioned sections is the "Recent Orders" tab where you can visit your "Sales Orders" (orders from your customers) and your "Purchase Orders" (orders that your company has made from suppliers).

Recent Orders

In the image above, you can see that the "Sales Order" tab is selected because it is highlighted in purple.

  • To filter your list of sales orders, click the "three lines" icon to the right of any of the column categories. The filter button can be seen highlighted in yellow below:

Order ID Filter

    • If the longest line is in the middle, no filter is being applied.
    • When the longest line is at the top and the shortest line is at the bottom, the numbers go from the highest to lowest as you go down or in reverse-alphabetical order for letters.
    • If the shortest line is at the top, then the numbers go from lowest to highest and/or the letters are in alphabetical order.

If you want to view the details of a sales order, click the "three dots" dropdown button to the right of the order.

To view your Purchase Orders instead, click on the "Purchase Orders" tab (the text will be purple when it's selected).

  • Your purchase orders can be filtered in the same way as your sales orders.
