Open Orders Report

The Open Orders Report will show you all of the sales orders that your organization has not yet completed and delivered to the customer.


Note that this will include both partially delivered orders and orders that haven't been delivered at all.


To access your Open Orders Report, click on the "Open Orders Report" button underneath "Reports" as seen below.

This will lead you to the main menu for "Open Orders Report".

  • To change the amount of rows that are displayed, follow the blue arrow and click the dropdown menu.
    • Options for the number of rows that can be displayed include 10, 25, 50 and 100 rows.
  • To change pages between your "Open Orders Report" click the "Previous and "Next" buttons next to the black arrow up above.
  • The green arrow leads to the "Filters" button where you can sort your "Open Orders Report".
    • You can filter by either the Date, Order Type or a combination of both.
    • Press the "Cancel" button to stop filtering or the purple "Show Results" button to filter.
    • Pressing "Clear All" will get rid of any filters that are currently being applied.

    • If a filter is currently being applied you'll be able to see it on the filters button as a green dot.

  • To export to a .CSV or Excel file, follow the red arrow and click the button to download it to your device.
  • To export to a PDF file, follow the orange arrow and click the button to download it to your device.

You can filter the columns within your open orders report by clicking on the button with three lines that's to the right of the column name.

  • If the longest line is in the middle of the three lines then that means that no filter is currently being applied.
  • If the longest line is at the top then that means that the column is sorted in descending order.
  • If the longest line is at the bottom then that means that the column is sorted in ascending order.
