Inventory Valuation Report

Your Inventory Valuation Report gives you an overview of your inventory's total value.


To access this report, click on the "Inventory Valuation Report" button that's underneath "Reports" on the leftmost menu of the website (as shown below).

Once you've clicked on this button, you'll be lead to the main menu for "Inventory Valuation Report".

  • To change the amount of rows that are displayed on the page, follow the blue arrow and click the dropdown to change it. Options include 10, 25, 50 and 100 rows.
  • If you want to switch pages of the report, click on the "Previous" or "Next" buttons that are pointed at by the red arrow.
  • Exporting to a .CSV or Excel file is done by following the black arrow and clicking on the "Export to CSV" button.
  • Use the "Export to PDF" button next to the green arrow to export your report to a PDF file.

You can filter the results of any of the columns by clicking on the three lines that are next to each column name. Clicking these lines will change how the column is filtered.

Unit Price (in $)

  • If the longest line is in the middle, that means that no filters are currently being applied to that column.
  • When the longest line is at the top, that means that the column's data is going in descending order.
  • The longest line being at the bottom means that the column data is going in ascending order.
